Abstract:
Die Darstellung von 2.2.2‐Trifluor‐1‐äthansulfonyl‐ N ‐acyl‐äthylaminen (VI) wird beschrieben, die mit Nucleophilen wie Alkoholaten, Phenolaten, Mercaptiden, Aminen, Natriumborhydrid, Grignard‐Reagentien und CH‐aciden Verbindungen unter Austritt von Sulfinat reagieren. Es entstehen 1‐substituierte Derivate der 2.2.2‐Trifluor‐ N ‐acyl‐äthylamine. Die Reaktion verläuft nach einem Eliminierungs‐Additions‐Mechanismus, wie sich insbesondere aus dem abweichenden Verhalten des 2.2.2‐Trifluor‐1‐äthansulfonyl‐ N ‐phthaloyl‐äthylamins mit p ‐Nitro‐thiophenolat ergibt. Hierbei entsteht 1‐Phthalimido‐2.2‐bis‐[ p ‐nitro‐phenylmercapto]‐1‐äthansulfonyl‐äthylen.
