Abstract:
On a étudié la synthèse par distillation réactive catalysée hétérogène de deux esters différents, l'acétate d'éthyle et l'acétate d'hexyle. Les systèmes de colonnes étudiés sont munis de séparateurs liquide—liquide afin que l'eau soit séparée des composants organiques dans le distillat. Des recherches expérimentales et théoriques sur les conditions opératoires, sur différents internes de colonnes catalytiques et à différentes échelles ont été effectuées. On a appliqué la méthode basée sur les vitesses pour la modélisation et la simulation des colonnes de distillation réactives. Les résultats des simulations montrent un bon accord avec les données expérimentales. Les études de simulation réalisées démontrent l'influence des conditions opératoires et des internes catalytiques sur la performance globale du procédé.
