Kurzfassung:
In a cohort of 1001 cases of diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL), genome‐defined African ancestry appears to be associated with distinct driver mutations in ATM , MGA , SETD2 , TET2 , MLL3 (KMT2C) , and DNMT3A . Patients with African ancestry are more likely to present with B symptoms, elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase, extranodal disease, and advanced stage disease, and to have inferior overall survival compared with patients with European ancestry.
