Abstract:
We suggest organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricated on textile substrates. 3.5 dyads of an aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ) – poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) multilayer were used for planarization and encapsulation. The fabricated device showed similar performances and cell images after 400 h in ambient air.
