Abstract:
DEAD (Asp‐Glu‐Ala‐Asp) box protein 58 (DDX58) and interferon‐induced helicase C domain‐containing protein 1 (IFIH1) are cytologic RNA helicase protein and important initiators of innate immune response to RNA virus infection, which may play an indelible role in hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection outcomes. This study was conducted to investigate the association of IFIH1 rs3747517 and DDX58 rs9695310 with HCV clearance in Chinese Han population.
