Kurzfassung: The clinical features and short-term prognosis of patients admitted to the intensive care unit for herpes hepatitis are lacking. On 33 patients admitted between 2006 and 2022, 22 were immunocompromised, 4 were pregnant women, 23 died. 16 patients developed a hemophagocytic syndrome. Aciclovir was initiated 1 day [0-3] after admission.
