Abstract:
Der Verlauf der Potentialfläche der Reaktion in der Nähe des Übergangsanstandes wurde durch verschiedene halbempirische Allvalenzelektronen-Verfahren (EHT, CNDO/2, INDO, CNDO/FK, MINDO/2, MINDO/2-17, MINDO/2', MINDO/3) untersucht. Die Abhängigkeit der Ergebnisse von dem open-shell Verfahren Molekülgeometrie und Parametrizierung wurde analysiert. Im Einklang mit den früheren Ergebnissen wurde gefunden, daß die MINDO/2 Methode die besten Informationen liefert. Berechnete Aktivierungsbarrieren, sowie Ladungs- und Spindichten werden diskutiert.
