Kurzfassung: A subset of lymphomas with gene expression and pathological characteristics of Burkitt lymphomas but absence of MYC translocation does exist. These lymphomas carry chr 11q proximal gains and telomeric losses, suggesting co-deregulation of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.
