Abstract:
Der Beitrag zeigt neue Möglichkeiten zur volumenkontrollierten Beatmung für die nicht-invasive Anwendung auf. Besondere Beachtung finden dabei Masken- oder Mundleckagen, die spontane Atmung der Patienten und eine kostengünstige Gerätekonstruktion. Es werden Verfahren zur Leckageidentifikation und zur Rekonstruktion der Spontanatmung vorgestellt, sodass zum jeweils nächsten Atemzyklus aktuelle Daten für eine Leckagekompensation und eine Klassifikation der Atemarbeit des Patienten zur Verfügung stehen.
