Abstract:
Verschiedene physikalische Größen – Fluoreszenzausbeute, Viskosität und osmotischer Partialdruck von Polymeren – wurden bisher zur Erfassung des Ligandenaustauschgleichgewichtes an einem Affinitätsrezeptor in einer Mikrodialyse-Kammer genutzt. Die Affinität des verwendeten Rezeptorproteins für die Liganden darf nicht zu hoch sein, da andernfalls der Ligandenaustausch zu langsam für einen On-line- Sensor erfolgt. Auf dieser Grundlage realisierte Sensoren für Glucose sind in das Unterhautfettgewebe implantierbar. Sie besitzen ein Anwendungspotenzial für das Blutglucose-Monitoring.
