Abstract:
En la presente investigación, se ha realizado un estudio fitoquímico para determinar la presencia de metabolitos secundarios en Perezia multiflora (H et B) Lees ''Escorsonera''. Se realizó un estudio botánico de esta especie indicando su ubicación sistemática y descripción morfológica. Asimismo, se presenta una revisión química y actividad farmacológica de los componentes que se encuentran en mayor proporción, como son los flavonoides y alcaloides. Se realizó cromatografía en capa fina, cromatografía en escala preparativa, logrando separar dos flavonoides. Por espectroscopía UV se logró identificar al flavonoide de tipo flavanona que correspondería a la: 7 - O -RAMNOGLUCOSIL - 3' , 5 - DIHIDROXI - 4' -METOXIFLAVANONA y el otro probablemente sería: 3',5,7 -TRIHIDROXI - 4' - METOXIFLAVANONA, también se identifican los alcaloides cuyas estructuras probablemente serían: 1,4 - (1,3-PIPERIDIL-DIENO)-2,5 - OXO - 6 - HIDROXI - 2H, 3H - INDOL -ETENO y el 1-,4-(1,3-PIPERlDIL-DIENO) -2, 5- OXO- 6-0-GLUCOSIL-2H,3H-INDOL -ETENO.
