Abstract:
Kooperation und Kollaboration technischer Systeme sind in Anwendungsszenarien eines der wesentlichen Ziele der Initiative Industrie 4.0. Hierzu ist es notwendig, eine semantische Basis für den Informationsaustausch zwischen den technischen Systemen zu definieren. Der Beitrag stellt ein Konzept zu deren Modellierung vor, das auf der Nutzung einer modellübergreifenden und alle Lebenszyklusphasen umspannenden Semantik basiert. Für die technischen Systeme wird ein Systemmodell definiert, das die notwendige Information abbildet und mit Hilfe von AutomationML neutral austauschbar macht. Als wichtiges Modellierungselement werden die Eigenschaften mit Referenzen auf ihre Typbeschreibungen versehen. Aus dem Beitrag wird ersichtlich, wie die Anwendungsszenarien von Industrie 4.0 mit dem Konzept der Industrie-4.0-Komponente und deren Verwaltungsschale zusammenwirken.
