Abstract:
Se propone un sistema para mejorar la estabilidad de funcionamiento de los motores diésel en regímenes de bajas cargas y velocidades de rotación, mediante el empleo de una válvula especial y sencilla, denominada RND, la cual se instala en la tubería de alta presión, Esta válvula se acciona automáticamente, por diferencia de presiones, lo que permite introducir pequeñas cantidades de combustible directamente a la línea, estabilizándose el proceso de inyección en los regímenes indicados. Se incluyen los resultados comparativos de los ensayos realizados en el Instituto de Motores de Combustión Interna de la UNI en una bomba de inyección lineal, a la cual se le instaló la válvula RND y un sensor piezoeléctrico, obteniéndose los oscilogramas de presión, y la desigualdad de suministro de combustible (por ciclo), para así determinar la mejora de la estabilidad del funcionamiento del sistema de inyección.
