Abstract:
Produzierende Unternehmen müssen Maßnahmen planen und umsetzen, um in dem turbulenten Umfeld zu bestehen, das durch interne und externe Treiber hervorgerufen wird. Die unterschiedlichen Lebenszyklen von Produkten und den konstituierenden Elementen der Fabriken (Prozesse, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Gebäudehülle) stellen in der Fabrikplanung eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellt dieser Beitrag Fabriklebenszyklusmodelle vor, die ökonomische und ökologische Zielgrößen adressieren.
