Abstract:
Die Mensch-Roboter-Kollaboration (MRK) nimmt seit mehreren Jahren einen wachsenden Anteil in den Produktionsprozessen und -planungen zahlreicher Unternehmen ein. Wirtschaftliche und sicherheitstechnische Herausforderungen führen jedoch bis heute zu einem verhaltenen Inverkehrbringen dieser Systeme. In diesem Beitrag liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der speziell für den Inbetriebnahmeprozess von MRK-Systemen entwickelten Software SmartSafety. Dadurch soll es dem Werker ermöglicht werden, ein solches System an dem dafür vorgesehenen Arbeitsplatz in Betrieb zu nehmen und die Zeitspanne bis zur Produktionsaufnahme deutlich zu verkürzen.
