Abstract:
En esta investigación de corte cualitativo, se describe la perspectiva de docentes de nivel primaria acerca de la modalidad de clases en línea implementada ante la pandemia por COVID-19 en Cajeme, Sonora, México. Se realizaron 18 entrevistas a profundidad con el profesorado de diversas escuelas públicas en el periodo de enero a junio de 2021. Los resultados indican los desafíos que afrontan los docentes en términos de limitada comunicación con los padres de familia, una mayor cantidad de trabajo administrativo y una deficiente estructura tecnológica. Se concluye que los docentes emplearon distintas estrategias para responder a estas dificultades en el trabajo escolar.
