It was found that during stimulation of the excitation stage of the sexual cycle, the time interval from the first signs of estrus to ovulation was 25.4±0.93 hours in heifers of breeding age with acyclia, while in infertile cows it was 32.8±1.15 hours. The synchronized sexual cycle in beef problem heifers of breeding age with three wave growth of follicles averages 24 days and four waves of growth - 28 days, in repeatedly walking infertile cows with three wave growths of follicles 18 days and four on average 21 days. The highest concentration of progesterone (6.4 ng/ml) was observed on the 16th day in infertile cows with four growth waves, in problem heifers with three waves - on the 12th day (5.9 ng/ml). The maximum concentration of estradiol (16.1 pkg / ml) was observed after 2 hours in heifers and 4 hours in cows after the onset of estrus and general sexual arousal. The peak concentration of FSH after stimulation with gonadotropic and ovarian hormones was observed on days 11–12 in cows, and on days 4–5 and 15–16 in heifers. The successiveness of the preparing the surfagon of the challenge of the problem of the problem challenges is 20.0%, and in relationship with privacy - 34.0%, for fruitless cows, they went to the Surfagon Na FSG-P - Effect with 66.0%. The use of synthetic prostoglandins in the period from 6 to 18 days of the sexual cycle, the effect is - clatraprostin 50.0%, estuphalan, 50.0%, but estrophan - 46.7%. The combination of clatraprastin with FSH-p gives an effect of 69.4%, follimag 72.2%, the use of estufalan with FSH-p 71.4%, and with follimag - 70.3%. The introduction of superfan with FSH-p gives an effect of 71.9%, and with follimag 72.9%. The use of hormonal drugs follimag and estrofan is effective when progesterone values are not lower than 0.5 ng / ml. At lower concentrations, it is advisable to include surfagon at a dose of 10.0 ml in the treatment scheme.
