Abstract:
Separate areas of professional development of civil servants of the courts are analyzed: additional professional training and mentoring. The importance of the introduction of information technologies for optimizing the professional development of court staff through distance learning has been substantiated. Conclusions are drawn, firstly, about the need for systematic professional development of teachers involved in the professional training of court staff through internships in courts and participation as experts in the work of relevant commissions that consider certain issues regarding the work of civil servants of courts, and secondly, about the need to organize the interaction of the Russian University of Justice with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the courts on improving the quality of professional training of court staff, thirdly, on a differentiated approach to the professional development of court staff, including various forms.
