Kurzfassung:
This cross-sectional study, applying quantitative method, was carried out at Cam Ranh International Airport, Khanh Hoa province from April to October 2020. The study aimed at indentifying the risk of stress, anxiety and depression among staffs and associated factors. Quantitative data, applying DASS-21, was collected through 422 self-administrative questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Results showed that the risk of stress, anxiety and depression among staffs working at Cam Ranh International Airport was 55.9%, 47.4%, and 21.3%. Associated factors were as following: years of working, monthly income, number of children, caregiver to elderly, work characteristic, working time, amount of work, reward, and woking condition.
