Abstract:
L’objet de cet article est de passer en revue les raisons qui peuvent expliquer pourquoi l’État intervient dans l’assurance-maladie. Ces raisons ne sont pas l’aléa moral ni même l’antisélection, mais plutôt les coûts moindres et les impératifs redistributifs.
