Abstract:
Formaldehyde-inactivated, alum-adsorbed measles virus vaccine is not stable at 22°C for longer than 3 weeks. The vaccine is stable, however, for 16 months at 5°C and stimulates an antigenic response in guinea pigs equal to that of freshly prepared vaccines.
