Abstract:
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng trầm cảm của nhân viên y tế khu vực miền Nam trong đại dịch COVID-19 và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến thực trạng trầm cảm của nhân viên y tế khu vực miền Nam trong đại dịch COVID-19. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu sử dụng thiết kế cắt ngang, được tiến hành từ tháng 06/2022 đến tháng 12/2022. Thông tin định lượng được thu thập với sự tham gia của 280 nhân viên y tế đến từ 01 bệnh viện tuyến tỉnh ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và 01 bệnh viện tuyến tỉnh ở tỉnh Bình Dương, miền Nam Việt Nam. Thực trạng trầm cảm của nhân viên y tế trong đại dịch COVID-19 trong nghiên cứu được xác định bằng Thang đo DASS 21. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ nhân viên y tế được đánh giá có dấu hiệu trầm cảm trong đại dịch COVID-19 là 42,1%. Nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra các yếu tố liên quan đến trầm cảm của nhân viên y tế trong đại dịch COVID-19 như tình hình tài chính, sống cùng bạn bè, có tiền sử mắc bệnh mạn tính và gặp sự kiện gây ra căng thẳng trong năm qua. Kết luận: Việc nhận biết các dấu hiệu trầm cảm ở nhân viên y tế trong đại dịch COVID-19 là quan trọng để thiết kế các chương trình và mô hình nhằm giảm nhẹ hậu quả đối với sức khỏe tâm thần của nhân viên y tế trong đại dịch COVID-19.
