Abstract:
A 63-year-old woman with symptomatic tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome was admitted to the clinic for implantation of a permanent pacemaker. Due to the bilateral mastectomy with lymphadenectomy and upper limb swelling it was decided to use leadless pacemaker with femoral vein access.
