Kurzfassung: We present a young girl with a family history of GPA who presented with fever of unknown origin and subsequently developed a secondary cluster headache. We hypothesize that the clinical manifestations are likely associated with hypothalamic dysregulation as a consequence of post-acute sequelae of COVID-19. Notably, the patient showed clinical improvement following the commencement of corticosteroid treatment.
