Abstract: Die therapeutisch eingesetzten niedermolekularen Immunsuppressiva gehören unterschiedlichen Wirkstoffklassen an, interagieren mit verschiedenen Targets und greifen an verschiedenen Stellen bei Immunprozessen ein. Eingesetzt werden sie im Wesentlichen bei Autoimmunerkrankungen und bei Organtransplantationen.
