Abstract: Granular cell tumors, uncommon soft tissue growths, predominantly manifest in the subcutaneous and tongue areas, while those in the gastrointestinal tract are scarce and develop slowly. Patients typically show no distinct clinical symptoms and are hard to differentiate from gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors, smooth muscle tumors, neural sheath tumors, and rhabdomyosarcomas using endoscopy. This paper details a case of a granular cell tumor in the stomach addressed through endoscopic submucosal dissection, focusing on its endoscopic attributes and clinicopathological traits.
