Abstract: "Dieser Beitrag geht von zwei Sachverhalten aus: Erstens sind gegenwärtig die Sphäre der internationalen Ökonomie und die Sphäre der Menschenrechte regulativ nicht miteinander verbunden. Zweitens spiegelt sich diese Kluft in zwei scheinbar antagonistischen Interessensdiskursen: Einerseits dem neoliberal inspirierten Diskurs der Unternehmensverbände und andererseits dem globalisierungskritischen Diskurs zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen. Beide Diskurse rahmen den Zusammenhang von internationaler Ökonomie und Menschenrechten entsprechend ihren jeweiligen Prämissen. Auf Basis dieser Ausgangssituation wird das Potential von drei Ansätzen zur menschenrechtlichen Sensibilisierung internationaler Geschäftstätigkeit diskutiert." (Autorenreferat)
