Content: As part of a wider study on the lexical Quechua-Spanish interference in "Vocabulario de la lengua general de todo el Peru, llamada lengua Qquichua o del Inca", written by Diego Gonzalez Holguin, edited in Lima in 1608, the author gives in this article a series of indigenous terms of Arahuaco, Caribbean and Nahuatl provenance, fully incorporated into Castilian Spanish, "without the slightest hint of suspect about their indigenous origin".
