В статье в исторической ретроспективе на примере отдельного региона рассматривается практическая деятельность по реализации государственной политики в части социальной реабилитации инвалидов, вскрываются негативные последствия курса на сокращение финансирования в ходе «монетизации льгот». Подчеркивается существенное расхождение между провозглашаемыми принципами и реальным положением дел в данной сфере.The article looks at practical activities in implementation of the state policy with regard to social rehabilitation of the disabled in a single region in historical retrospective. The author reveals the negative impact of the reduction of funding as part of "monetization of benefits"; emphasizes the significant discrepancy between the proclaimed principles and the actual situation in this sphere
