Luise Abramowski hat die syrischen Fragmente aus Theodor, De incarnatione besonders nach der Londoner Handschrift British Library add. 12.156 ediert, übersetzt und mit den anderen Zeugnissen dieser, für die Debatte um die Christologie im 5. Jahrhundert wichtigen Schrift verglichen. Ihr ist es nicht mehr vergönnt gewesen, die Arbeit an diesem Projekt, insbesondere den Kommentar, fertigzustellen. Aus ihrem Nachlass wird jetzt der letzte Stand ihrer Arbeiten zusammen mit einigen vorbereitenden Aufsätzen zusammen herausgegeben. Hinzu kommen weitere Studien zur syrischen Kirchengeschichte, so u.a. ihre Arbeiten zu Babai dem Großen und der Kirche des Ostens. Aufsätze zur Dogmengeschichte des 4. und 5. Jahrhunderts ab 1992 schließen den Band ab, darunter ihre Überlegungen zur dritten Arianerrede des Athanasius, zum Nicaeno-Constantinopolitanum, zu den Konzilien von Ephesus und Chalkedon und zu Marius Victorinus

This volume includes an edition and translation of the Syrian fragments of Theodor of Mopsuestia, De Incarnatione, from the manuscript legacy of Luise Abramowski and collects her studies on Church history and dogma, and more particularly, the history of the Syriac church (or Church of the East), and the history of the 4th and 5th century Councils
