A has a huge stock of umbrellas. B does not have any umbrellas at all, and it transpires that A point-blank refuses to give B any of his great quantity of umbrellas.'Umbrellas' was first performed as part of the revue 'You, Me and the Gatepost' at the Nottingham Playhouse in June 1960.
