Die sehr verschiedenartigen Traditionen des vorangehenden Abschnitts werden nicht als konkurrierende Alternativen, sondern einander ergänzende Möglichkeiten gesehen, die Natur der Beziehung zwischen Gott und Mensch zu sehen und auf die Wirklichkeit von Chaos und Leiden zu antworten.
