The research is devoted to the problem, which in the connection with the transformation of the political system in Ukraine, the decentralization processes, has gained political and scientific importance, - functioning of the political regime at the regional level. The object of research is the Lviv region, which is a self-sufficient and powerful participant in the political relations of modern Ukraine.
