Die Ereignisse vom 11. September 2001 dominieren die außenpolitische Diskussion in den USA. Der »11. September« als Begriff steht für paradigmatischen Wandel. Drei Fragen beherrschen die Diskussion: Was bedeutet dieses Datum für die Außenpolitik der Bush-Regierung? Wird sie multilateraler?
