Im XIV. Band des Jahrbuchs zum Agrarrecht wird im Lichte der sich wandelnden Agrarstruktur aus der Praxis der Hofübergaben berichtet und auf Probleme für landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke im Rahmen der kommunalen Bauleitplanung eingegangen. Bezeichnend für das Agrarrecht waren die Kongresse des CEDR, 2015 in Potsdam, Deutschland und 2017 in Lille, Frankreich, über die stellvertretend aus jeweils einer Kommission berichtet wird. Aus der Beteiligung am Deutsch-Kolumbianische-Friedensinstitut (DKFI) resultierend, berichtet ein Beitrag zum Friedensprozess in Kolumbien aus dem Blickwinkel der Landwirtschaft, während ein weiterer Beitrag die Rechtsprechung des Verfassungsgerichts Kolumbiens zur Binnenvertreibung im ländlichen Raum kritisch beleuchtet. Fortgesetzt wird in diesem Band ebenfalls die umfassende Übersicht über die erschienenen, und in die Bibliothek des Instituts aufgenommenen, Monographie- und Zeitschriftenbeiträge zum deutschen und ausländischen Agrarrecht der Jahre 2015 bis 2017.

The XIV volume of the ‘Yearbook on Agricultural Law’ reports on farm inheritance in the light of changing agricultural structures and discusses the problems relating to agricultural land in the context of municipal land-use planning. The CEDR congresses in Potsdam, Germany in 2015 and in Lille, France in 2017, which this book reports on, were formative in the development of agricultural law. Resulting from work conducted at the German-Colombian Peace Institute (DKFI), one contribution sheds light on the peace process in Colombia from the perspective of agriculture, while another contribution reviews the rulings of the Colombian Constitutional Court on internal displacement in rural areas. The overview of the monographs and journal articles on German and foreign agricultural law published from 2015 to 2017, which were included in the institute’s library, is also continued in this volume.
