Content:
The film accuses the Mayor of Westerland of being the SS leader who brutally put down the Warsaw uprising and presided over war crimes. It discusses the denial of of an extradition request and contrasts his pleasant present life with his criminal past - suggesting a lack of justice in West Germany. The film also suggests that former SS men are meeting in West Germany in secret and awaiting a moment to seize power. This film was banned from general 35mm release in Britain though was allowed to be distributed on 16mm. Contains archive footage of concentration camps, the Warsaw uprising and a rally featuring former members of the SS
