Elektronische Reproduktion K10plus Translat. Ihro Kayserlichen Majestät, Selbstherrscherin aller Reussen, Befehl, aus Em. Dirigirenden Senat, wird jedermänniglich kund gethan: Mittelst Ihro Kayserl. Majestät emanirten und publicirten Manifests vom 22 Junii 1763. ist allen Ausländern ins Rußische Reich zu kommen, und in allen Provincien wo es einem jeden gefällig, sich niederzulassen erlaubet worden, wie solches in besagtem Manifest deutlich enthalten. Wann man nun nachgehends bemerket hat, daß die in Rußland angelangten ausländischen Colonisten geneigt waren sich in Ingermanland häußlich niederzulassen; Als wurde zu folge Ihro Kayserl. Majestät Ukase vom 1. November 1765. allen Particuliers, Edelleuten, Kaufleuten, und andern freyen in St. Petersburg wohnenden Ausländern gleichfals frey gelassen, von vorgedachten Colonisten eine gehörige Anzahl, nicht allein auf die, ihnen donirte oder gekaufte, sondern auch auf wüste in Ingermanland gelegene Crons- und verarrendirte Ländereyen, auf ihre eigene Kosten, zu versetzen: jedoch mit der Ausnahme, daß die Colonisten allezeit freye Leute verbleiben sollen ...
