"On 29th July 2023, 'Richter Raum' opened in a forested area of Karuizawa. Over the past 30 years, Wako Works of Art has been working with the German artist, Gerhard Richter. This summer, we are pleased to open a new space in Karuizawa, where works by Richter are permanently installed. With the cooperation of the artist, the space has been partly modelled after Atelier Richter.
