Welchen Anteil haben die seit 1995 durchgeführten "Disarmament, Demobilisation and Reintegration" (DDR)-Programme in Bosnien-Herzegowina an der Friedenskonsolidierung nach dem gewaltsamen Konflikt in dem Land und welchen Wirkung können sie zukünftig noch entfalten? Nach einer Übersicht über den wissenschaftlichen Diskurs um DDR-Programme sowie einer kritischen Darstellung des Dayton-Abkommens und der sozioökonomische Situation des heutigen Bosnien-Herzegowinas werden drei DDR-Programme von Weltbank und der International Organisation for Migration (IOM) hinsichtlich ihrer Ziele, der Durchführung und der Erfolge bzw.
