    Series Statement: Historia
Content: On October 9, 2012, at a seminar on the history of psychoanalysis in Mexico led by Felipe Flores, it was announced that Igor Caruso, founder of the Mexican Psychoanalytic Circle (CPM), collaborated with the Nazi regime. In 1942, Caruso made several psychological assessments of children in Hall Am Spiegelgrund clinic. These were reviewed by the local authorities and, in some cases, they were used to justify or euthanasia; or put another way, to justify who were to be allowed to live. Thus, this analysis focuses on a fragment of the history of psychoanalysis in Mexico, deeply linked to the city of Vienna and the extermination policy of the Third Reich
