MACHINE-GENERATED SUMMARY NOTE: "Für uns bestand die Herausforderung, das überdimensionale Themenspektrum des Wohnens auf eine lehrbare und in Buchform kommunizierbare Größe zu kondensieren. Aus diesem Prozess heraus fiel die Entscheidung, einen tendenziell vernachlässigten, jedoch entscheidenden Themenbereich - die Wohnung selbst - in das Zentrum der Betrachtung zu stellen. Es erscheint uns auffällig, wie die Architekturreflexion in den vielfältigen Publikationen verstärkt über das äußere Erscheinungsbild vorgenommen wird und auch die Architekturproduktion nicht selten der Gebäudehülle als wichtigem Marketinginstrument der Büros vorrangig Aufmerksamkeit schenkt. Der qualitätsvolle Grundriss und damit das eigentliche Produkt, die Wohnung, kommt dabei häufig zu kurz. [...] Es geht uns um ein Spektrum von Perspektiven, mit denen im Entwurfsprozess die Aufgabe betrachtet wird.
