Das unbekannte Fortwirken von Moses Maimonides im christlich-arabischen, muslimischen und christlich-lateinischen Denken steht im Mittelpunkt des zweiten Maimonides-Kolloquiums. Drei Forscher beleuchten diese Themen in Kurzvorträgen und Gesprächen. Die Vortragenden: Gregor Schwarb (Freie Universität Berlin) entdeckt eine von Maimonides' Konzepten der "göttlichen Klugheit" und der "göttlichen Pädagogik" inspirierte Trinitätslehre in der koptisch-arabischen Literatur. Lukas Muehlethaler (Freie Universität Berlin) verfolgt das Nachleben der philosophischen Thesen Maimonides' für die Existenz, Einheit und Unkörperlichkeit Gottes in der muslimisch-arabischen Philosophie. Görge K. Hasselhoff (Ruhr-Universität Bochum) präsentiert die scharfsinnige Verarbeitung von Maimonides' Gotteslehre im "Führer der Unschlüssigen" durch den christlichen Theologen Meister Eckhart.
