Die Autorin ist Chefin vom Dienst für Social Media bei der "Huffington Post Deutschland". Geschliffen formuliert und rhetorisch brillant analysiert sie die Ursachen, warum so viele vermeintlich "normale" Bürger auf einmal völlig enthemmt menschenverachtende Kommentare verbreiten und woher diese beängstigende Verrohung eigentlich kommt. Dabei stellt sie - gestützt auf verschiedene Studien - Zusammenhänge her zwischen bildungsfernen Haushalten und der Zukunfts- und Perspektivlosigkeit von zunehmend breiter werdenden Bevölkerungsschichten. Die junge Autorin sieht nur eine Möglichkeit, dieser Entwicklung entgegenzusteuern: der Verdummung und Verblödung mit Bildung und Transparenz in der Politik die Lautstärke zu nehmen.
