Historische Aufnahmen aus Indien. Erstmals auf CD sind hier jüdische Sänger aus dem Bombay (heute Mumbai) der 1930er-Jahre zu hören. Das hebräische 'Shir Hodu' bedeutet gleichemaßen Lobgesang sowie Gesang aus Indien. Die Tonqualität ist erstaunlich gut, die Aufnahmen sind außergewöhnlich und für Freunde historischer Quellen eine Freude.
