TON-U Dass Slash seinen Traum lebt, ist wohl kein Geheimnis. Seit mehr als 30 Jahren gehört der Gitarrist von Guns N’ Roses zu den größten Rockmusikern der Welt. 2018 präsentiert er jetzt sein neues, mittlerweile viertes Soloalbum »Living The Dream«. »Solo« trifft allerdings nicht ganz zu, denn wie bei den beiden Vorgängern »Apocalyptic Love« (2012) und »World On Fire« (2014) holte sich Slash für die Platte die Unterstützung von Alter-Bridge-Sänger Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. Insgesamt zwölf neue Songs sind bei der Zusammenarbeit entstanden, darunter auch die erste Singleauskopplung »Driving Rain«.
