The continuous professional development in companies is an important basis for the securing of skilled personnel against the backdrop of demographic change. This guideline points out strategies, methods and success criteria to increase the transparency on local labour markets and offers recommendations to foster local professional development in companies within the scope of educational networks. Die betriebliche Weiterbildung ist eine wichtige Grundlage für die Fachkräftesicherung vor dem Hintergrund des demografischen Wandels. Vielen Arbeitgebern ist der Weiterbildungsbedarf ihrer Mitarbeiter nicht genau bekannt, und sie sehen sich mit einem unübersichtlichen Weiterbildungsangebot konfrontiert.
