The author examines the legal framework of the use of autonomous systems in hospitals. The focus of the volume is on data privacy and criminal liability.The book consists of four parts: The first part provides an overview of the conceptual and technical basics of the topic. The next part contains the privacy law evaluation. In the third part, the author focuses on criminal responsibility. The book closes with a summary of both legal and technical solutions to avoid liability.
