Darauf aufbauend entwickelt er eigene, innovative Reformvorschläge mit dem Ziel, Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen für Start-ups attraktiver zu machen. Daneben setzt sich der Autor aber auch kritisch mit neuen Vertragsklauseln aus der jüngeren Beteiligungspraxis auseinander
