Der Blick wird auf andere Lösungsmodelle unternehmerischer Selbstverpflichtung durch Corporate Governance und Corporate Compliance gerichtet. Das aus der Sicht der Verfasserin überkommene strafrechtliche System von Fremdsteuerung wird einem optimistisch eingeschätzten System unternehmerischer Selbstverpflichtung gegenübergestellt.
