Mit 'Black Europe' werden Belege für rund 2.000 Tonaufnahmen dokumentiert, von denen 1244 gerettet werden konnten. Dieser weltweit verstreute und vergessene Schatz reicht von den 1880ern bis in die späten 1920er Jahre und die Erfindung des Mikrofons. Die seltenen Originale wurden liebevoll kopiert und mit Hilfe moderner Technik restauriert.
